     SKYM fair market value

1.in last 9 month of 1998, SKYM revenue $40.5million, so the most conservative
     number for 1998 is (4qtr./3qtr.)x$40.5million=$54million

2.Market Guide DATA for the sector PRICE/SALES ratio=3.41
     3.SKYM has outstanding shares 8.51milion

     SKYM=3.41x($54million/8.51million)=$21

SKYM $21 is the fair market value!
it seems a little too higher compared with yesterday's closing price $5, but If we
consider SKYM was $10 in Dec.,1996 on its IPO and the
unique business advantage and INTERNET FULL CATALOG, it's no surprise SKYM
will adjust it to its fair market value sooner or later .

     Best Luck!

Don't trip over 1/4 and $1 points when there are substantial gains

No SKYM news?!! What have you been smoking. News is out: "SkyMall.com to be
added to "Shop the Web," an online service provided by Amazon.com. I would call
news of a deal with Amazon.com, arguably the most famous of all Internet companies,
something to account for the surge in price. Add that to the fact (confirmed) of a
SKYM CEO appearance - after the bell, the best slot - on CNBC Monday morning.
MMs were aware of this, while the rest of the market was not. This is precisely the kind
of news shorts should have been afraid of. They are in deep trouble Monday. We will
gap to above today's high of 20 easily.

<<No, you are a beginner. I suppose MM's were "making a market" in MZON in the
mid-30's Wednesday afternoon, when their inventories were depleted, holding it back
for 15 minutes before finally capitulating and being forced to cover? TSCO was a prime
example. He was forced to cover, jumped from the ask to the bid, and the stock took
off to 59. Market Makers work for investment banks, and their sole purpose is to
create profits for their respective employers. No successful market maker plays the
spread in high-volume, fast-moving stocks such as MZON Wednesday and SKYM
Thursday; they take a position and use all leverage and advantage in their possession in
     order to bolster it.>>

Goldfinger, do yourself a favor and STOP trying to pretend that you know what went
on, trust me, you don't. I traded MZON on Wednesday (go to my profile and look up
the posts) very successfully, and believe me, Knight, Troster Singer and Sherwood
were playing the long side, for the most day. Dain Rauscher was shorting for some
hedge funds (during Wednesday I thought DAIN was shorting in his own acct but find
out otherwise later) and RAGN was doing the same earlier.

Where were your posts about MZON during Wednesday? I am very curious to see
what other stories you've been dreaming up in your lalaland fantasy.

I did make a mistake for being too bullish on MZON on Wed evening, but I did at least
took 1/2 off the table before the close.

You have made numerous absurd posts about SKYM as well -- I will point them out in
the next post. It never ceases to amaze me how uninformed amateurs brag and pretend
to know the extremely complex and intriguing activities of market makers.

What is your angle,,what are you trying to accomplish, I have read your posts and they
sound ridiculous..you have no idea what you are talking about as far as market maker
activity..you can not possibly know who is doing what when I was on the bid I was
usaully a seller and when I was on the offer I was usually a buyer..I could have two
other firms represent me at different levels and noone would ver know my complete
picture...If you could read what a market makler was doing than the ritualistic " suckers
open" wouldnt work every time we set it up .. You have no idea what market makers
are doing not even other market makers can get a complee idea of what each other is
doing ..we are prohibited from discussing what we are doing or colluding with others
about an particular strategy.. So what in Gods name are you talking about?

This is one of the dumbest things Ive ever read..Market Makers DO NOT work for
     investment banks..
they falli into 3 main categories .

1.) order Flow( very little in the way of holding positions) ie..MASH and NITE

2.) Wholesalers those who trade for the inventory of the Firm itself and who could give
a rats ass about the public

3.) Retail Firms that make markets to support reatil activity and who may alos make
markets wholesale to increase trading profits..

All 3 types will never let anyopne know what they are trying to do

You need to take a few classes before you can claim to have any idea of what you are
talkking about because your statemnets are not only false but are comical in how
     ignorant they are.

I admit I am terrible typist but shit-fire I have never seen so much crap oozing out of
someones head orifice like these two..They have absolutey no idea what they are talking
     about..

I have been a market maker since 1992 and worked at Bear Stearns as an Associate
Director and I can tell you savy wholesale trader can blow the doors off a Merryl
Trader at any moment of any trading session.

Nite is an orderflow trading clerk that loses money on almost every trade and traders
come and go like the wind..Herzog has said it no longer will stand behind order flow
trades and TSCO has cut Trader compensation.the real money is in holding positions
and taking risk..and if you think they are broadcasting which way they are going ,you
need to go back to school for a few more credits in Common Sense 101

Golman is a market maker symbol is GSCO and they will often times support a stock
directly through thier trading Dept in NY which is where their market making activities
     are base..

There are less than 511 Market Makers in the US...Total and they determine the
bid/ask in 62,000 differnt positions..Some frims may make hundreds of markets, I made
about 300 and others like tSCO may make 5 or 6000 markets..Market makers can
pick up and drop markets without notice and can move in and out of any stock they
     choose.,

because you have a position that does not gel with reality somewhere else. You and
your two cohorts are complete frauds. I'm sure you won't mind this post as you come

If you, and your good friends Auric Goldfinger and Kimberly Lee were not short, and
truly believed I was no threat to the likes of you, you would not have wasted 36 hours in
a vain attempt to refute the facts about SKYM.

You truly represent the worst I have yet seen in a delusional, misguided fool. I think I

SKYM is a loser when you take a close look!

SHRP has over 240 million in sales!
Compare to SHRP which has 26 bucks per share in sales and is trading at 6/10's of its
sales.I estimate they will beat Estimates with 25 to 35 cents a share in earnings ..1st call
     is 20 cents.
Book value is more than triple that of SKYM trading at 5 times book

SKYM has 60 million in sales or roughly 7 bucks in sales per share

SKYM has been losing ground and Inet sales do notr make up lost revenues
elsewhere..trading at 5 times sales already..This pig is too fat!! Book value is 1.20
     Trading at 27 times book..

     Compare Web Sites..no comparison!

Thats what Im saying..and they dont want to listen..Isnt this an old Penny stock trick..(
When a company that has 3 employees hires another two the announce an increase of
66% in their work-force, or when a company that does 100K in sales does 500K, they
announce a 400% increase in revenue.)

Be real folks the company forecast internet sales to account for 5 % of their total sales,
last year.Well it accounted for 3% thats 40% lower than expectations..These
percentages are really funny and meaningless.. when the "Dorfman effect of
     CNBC"..dries up..than what?
