OTHER WINNERS
There have been other great picks. TSA put its holders in the circle
before succumbing to profit taking, but there have been many many others.
Checking back on the order history of our leaders shows some amazing lift-offs
in stocks that most of us have never heard of. This very interesting assortment
runs the gamut of industries from Russian telecom ADR's to Rocky Mountain
Internet Warrants! Certainly here is a great list of stocks to study for
longer term considerations.
THE FINAL WEEK: $300,000 and Holding?
Those on the very top with $300,000 are now sitting pretty with
almost no chance of not being in the top ten providing they don't trade
and pick a loser. But who will be number one? They must be watching each
other like hawks hoping the other guy makes a mistake and at the same time
searching for some scalping opportunities. Those like me with only half
as much are trying to find the 100% winner with only 5 days left and as
the saying goes hungry money almost never wins! But hasn't the easy money
probably been made and now the overall market is ripe for profit taking?
In the real world after an explosive three weeks like we have just enjoyed,
it might be smart to bank the winnings and take the rest of the year
off! But few of us have the will power to just turn this thing off and
you can't catch the leaders by doing nothing. So come Monday morning onward
and upward I hope!
I would like to thank Yahoo for this contest it has been fun and those of us who have never tried electronic trading have benefited from the experience. Being an EX-Broker from back in the good old days when you HAD to pay $110 commission to buy 100 shares, it's little wonder that electronic trading is so popular and has created a whole new industry of players. Now you can even exchange the traditional and expensive broker's hand holding for the messaging boards at Yahoo and learn both sides of the story.
